Brooksgate is a state-of-the-art, newly constructed facility, featuring sixteen 12 x 12 stalls with rubber mats; two hot/cold wash racks; heated lounge; and custom designed, built-in tack boxes.  Owners, groomsmen and attendants reside on the premises. We offer seven, large lush paddocks with four-board fencing.  Horses are turned out individually or are selectively paired with a partner for turnout, based on compatibility and a specific horses needs. Our training arena is 250 x 170 ft. with all-weather footing.
